The Designer Behind the Books
I’m Shema Vallejo, a book and editorial designer. I design book covers, interior layouts, and prepare print-ready artwork, including special finishes like foil stamping and spot UV. I also adapt translated editions and format books for Amazon KDP.
I have collaborated with major publishers such as Anaya, Oberon, and Contraluz, as well as independent authors whose books rival traditionally published titles. Before specializing in book design, I worked at a design and marketing agency handling social media content, SEO, and SEM, which gives me a strategic approach to making a book stand out commercially.
